Dibyajeevan Mohapatra is a passionate travel photographer, filmmaker, and educator who left the corporate world to follow his calling—capturing life through a lens. With a deep-rooted belief in storytelling, he has spent years documenting moments that reflect culture, emotion, and the human spirit across diverse landscapes.

An expert in travel and documentary photography, Dibyajeevan has collaborated on prestigious audio-visual projects and served as a video producer with DD National, where he covered high-profile government events, celebrities, diplomats, and cultural affairs. His work in video production includes ENG shoots, studio content, and live broadcasts focused on art and culture.

Beyond the camera, Dibyajeevan is an accomplished moderator and educator. He has led insightful film screenings and director interactions, notably with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and continues to inspire the next generation through thoughtful, student-centric teaching that blends creativity with real-world industry standards.

His commitment to cause-based cinema shines through his association with the Woodpecker International Film Festival, one of India’s leading platforms for documentaries and socially-driven films. Whether he’s creating documentaries or mentoring students, Dibyajeevan’s mission remains the same—to tell stories that matter and spark meaningful change.
