Ayesha brings quiet structure, shared purpose, and strategic stillness to our work. Rather than overseeing people, she empowers systems, perspectives, and practices that foster creative evolution. As a trusted advisor, her role is to provide expert guidance on various issues that shape our team and our processes.
With a PhD in Business Administration and years of academic experience in India and Canada, Ayesha blends research with intuition. As Director of Nextgen Education Services Inc. Canada, she brings deep insight into strategic learning, organizational development, and cultural alignment.
Remotely, Ayesha advises Conteur Media on everything from team rhythms and learning pathways to structural clarity and purposeful collaboration. Her impact is not in control, but in confidence—in knowing that we’re building something sustainable, thoughtful, and truly human.
